Immediate past Board Chair, Roger Shores, Senior Executive of The Marmon Group will receive CYC’s highest honor, the Spirit of Youth Award at this year's Believe in Kids Annual Dinner on Thursday, May 14.  “CYC has a clear vision and dedicated focus on meeting the true needs of our kids and our communities.  None of this would have been possible were it not for Roger’s leadership, his commitment to CYC’s growth, and his steadfast dedication to Chicago’s children, families and communities. He has been a truly transformational leader and the lead architect for our vision, strategy and impact.  His legacy to CYC will be felt for years to come and it is only fitting that he be recognized this year as CYC celebrates its vision and the bright future ahead”, said Dixie Adams, Chicago Youth Centers Board Chairman.
